In Common is a membership-based social club creating intentional opportunities for Atlantans to meet like-minded, similarly-aged people through thoughtfully planned events, an online community, and curated local perks. Founded by the creator behind ATL Bucket List, the brand was built on a deep understanding of the city and its social landscape, with a clear opportunity to turn an engaged audience into a more meaningful, real-life community experience.
As a brand new concept, the goal was to build something that felt both exciting and credible from day one, balancing the energy of a social club with the structure and polish needed to support long-term growth.
At the heart of the brand, we uncovered a simple but powerful truth: making friends used to feel easy. There was a sense of openness and spontaneity in childhood, where connection happened naturally on playgrounds, in neighborhoods, and through shared moments. We used this insight to shape a brand that reintroduces that feeling in a modern, more intentional way, creating experiences that feel approachable, familiar, and genuinely fun rather than forced or transactional.
We partnered with In Common to bring that vision to life across every touchpoint, from brand identity and website design to social media, email templates, and launch assets. The result is a brand that feels unmistakably inviting, positioning In Common as a go-to social hub for Atlanta’s next generation of community.
